Recently worked with Mike Fouke to purchase a 2023 Honda Trail 125. Mike was great and quick to communicate back to me from placing the deposit to picking up the bike a few weeks later during delivery. After receiving the Trail, about a week or two later I checked my oil and found it to be low. After correspondence with Mike and the team at Nielsen's, we found that Honda's service materials were ambiguous on how to correctly check the oil level. Mike took care of me and offered a free service for the inconvenience. There are closer Honda dealers to me, and I initially went with Nielsens based on price out the door. But after my experience I'd happily recommend Nielsen's for any friends or family members needing a Honda or other brand of motorcycle.

I was looking to upgrade to a larger bike and had my eye on the Tracer 900 GT which they had one at Nielsens. Called ahead and asked if they allow test rides, which they made clear they do not due to being short on new inventory. The price was competitive for the market at the time so I ended up test riding a tracer at a different dealership to make sure it was a good fit for me. Once I showed up ready to buy I got the paperwork over to my bank from them, and returned for what was like 30 minutes of signing, and then rode the bike home. Really fast and convenient. It was before noon on a Saturday and I was already home with the my first brand new bike. (Having bought used up till now) Really good experience overall.

My experience was purchasing a Sea Doo jet ski from Jeff Nielsen on a Saturday afternoon. Jeff was extremely courteous and professional and did a fantastic job from start to finish with this sale of a 2023 Sea Doo Spark Trixx. Jeff especially cares about his customer's as it was evident through out the process watching him deal with multiple other customers that afternoon. Cutting corners and haggling and wheeling and dealing isn't worth missing out on a quality experience with a first class operation such as the Marine center at Nielsen Enterprises. Thank you Jeff. I'll definitely recommend you any time.

This is K Lawson. I am in NC and wanted the 2022 Kawasaki Vulcan LT. I looked all over for this color and found it in Illinois. I contacted the dealership and Mike walked me through the purchase process as well as transport for the bike. This was such a pleasant experience that I had to do this review. Every part of the process was AMAZING. Every time I spoke with Mike he was patient and helpful!!!! AND I LOVE my bike! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Customer service needs much improvement. We’ve had numerous problems with our Yamaha Wolverine, which they did try to help us this last time (third time with belt and clutch issues in a year), but we never get calls back. We always end up having to call them again to find out what’s going on. With our current clutch issue we went in to talk to someone. All managers were in a meeting. The very polite salesman said he would have a manager call the next day. That never happened. Two days later my husband called back again and left a message. When they finally returned the call they had the salesman NOT A MANAGER call us. Very frustrating to work with them. They did offer a discount to fix it this time since Yamaha washed their hands of it but never returned our call about what we could get for trade in. We will be buying elsewhere. (I do want to add that we have had three other people with the same problem with that UTV. We were hoping Yamaha would admit to the problem and step up unless it’s a problem with the service we received?? We did always bring in our machine for ALL services. One time after oil leaked out we were told that WE overfilled the oil, but THEY must have.)

Total scam shop. They will sell you a warranty that you can't use. Any warranty work will take months to schedule and they refuse warranty work if it comes in during the colder part of the year. You're basically buying a used bike at new bike prices. If you're paying this much, buy from a shop that will honor the warranty. I have escalated the issue to Mr Nielsen himself and he has refused my calls and correspondence regarding this issue for 5 years now.
